What You’ll Learn
Textured Art Styling blends fine art technique with creative styling, teaching you how to build tactile, dimensional artwork using acrylic paint, modelling paste, palette knives, and everyday tools — then style it as part of a considered visual display.
You'll start with the fundamentals of colour theory and textural acrylic technique, exploring how blending, layering, and texture-building create depth and movement on canvas. From there, you'll develop a creative styling concept, learning how to combine your artwork with objects and props into a balanced, visually engaging composition.
By the end of the session, you'll walk away with your own completed textured artwork, styled and photographed as part of a polished final presentation — ready for your portfolio, your feed, or your walls.
Colour Theory & Textured Acrylic Techniques: Learn the fundamentals of colour theory, colour harmony, and visual composition. Explore acrylic painting techniques including blending, layering, and texture building. Experiment with modelling paste, palette knives, brushes, and everyday tools to create depth and tactile surfaces. Discover how texture, light, and colour work together to create expressive and visually engaging artworks.
Creative Composition & Product Styling: Develop a creative concept through colour, theme, and visual storytelling. Learn how to combine textured artwork, products, and props into a balanced and visually appealing display. Plan and sketch your styling concept before bringing it to life.
Final Artwork & Presentation: Present your finished artwork as part of a styled display that reflects your creative concept. Photograph and showcase your completed work for presentation and portfolio use.
